W’town Township meeting March 10
The annual meeting for Watertown Township will be held at the township building, 3580 County Road 10, at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10.
Items on the agenda include a review of the financial records for 2008, a discussion on road improvements for 2009 and possible road plans for 2010, a look at the police protection plan for 2009 and the setting of the levy for 2009. Citizens are encouraged to attend and voice any concerns or comments about township business.
The annual election will also be held that day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Scott Hoese is running for supervisor (three-year term) and Dave Heldt is running for treasurer (two-year term).
Election results will be shared during the meeting.
