TOYS FOR TOTS BENEFIT - At the Narrows Saloon on Shoreline Drive in Navarre beginning at 6 p.m. and featuring Santa and Mrs. Claus in attendance (posing for pictures); along with members of the Marine Corps Reserve. All donations collected at the annual benefit are kept in the lake community.

GINGERBREAD WORKSHOP - For children ages 30 months to 5 years with their parent. Build a graham cracker gingerbread house. TOY & FOOD DRIVE - The LLFD Slow Burn Brigade, a recently-formed group of spouses that acts similar to an auxiliary to the Long Lake Fire Department, will host a toy and food drive event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the fire station, 340 Williow Dr. in Long Lake. Event will feature photos with Santa, a silent auction and a bake sale. Proceeds benefit Interfaith Outreach.
VISIT WITH SANTA - The Mound Masonic Lodge #320 will hold their annual Visit with Santa from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the lodge located at 2372 Commerce Blvd in Mound. YOUTH SNOWMOBILE TRAINING - The South Tonka Snowmobile Club is hosting a two-day snowmobile safety training certification course for youth ages 11 -15. Students must pre-register at the South Lake Minnetonka Public Safety facility, 24150 Smithtown Road, in Shorewood. A parent or legal guardian signature is required on the registration card. Snowmobiles will be provided for the practical exam.

FIELD TRIP - To Macy’s 8th Floor Holiday Display at Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis for ages birth to 5 years and parents. Walk through the wonderland of “A Day in the Life of an Elf”.
