Fishing clinic open to kids of all ages

Kids of all ages are invited to spend a morning learning how to fish; enhancing their fishing skills and knowledge at the MinnAqua fishing clinic on Sunday, Aug. 10 from 10 a.m. - noon. Fishing equipment is provided. The fishing clinic will take place at Baylor Regional Park, located 2 _ miles north of Norwood Young America on County Road 33.

Participants will have a chance to visit several learning stations and learn about Minnesota fish, water stewardship, fishing techniques and fishing equipment and conclude the clinic with a chance to fish from the fishing pier. A registration fee for the event is required per child, which covers the clinic, equipment and bait.
