" Although this is an unfortunate accident and my heart goes out to Nathan's family, it's not like this intersection is uncontrolled, or has a lot of visual barriers. He ran a stop sign. THAT is not the City's fault and we're lucky he didn't kill an innocent, traffic abiding motorist/biker/pedestrian. "

" How that intersection is not a 4 way stop is beyond me. Now it probably will be, but too late once again. "

" It's unfortunate that someone had to die here. I knew it was just a matter of time. Something should have been done about this intersection long ago. Maybe now, Mayor Schiffman and our other city government officials will step up to the plate and protect others. My condolences to Nathan's family and friends. "
